Request: Add German (Austria) - de_AT to available languages

Hello!

Please add Austrian German (de_AT) to the list of available languages. It is very similar to the German of Germany (de_DE) but has some differences e.g in names of months. I stumbled over this when tranlating AgenDav.

Here is the information you need:
