Add string "geometry_source" (indexed) enumerated with values including whether the stop distances are using shape_dist_traveled. This will supersede "is_generated", which will be included as well. Requires a database migration. Use this in the "calculate_rsp_distances" method to always (?) utilize shape_dist_traveled if supplied.
