51413port error #2297

I hava a VPS ,the os is centos7.8,the vps has public ip,and vps installed transmission2.94 by yum.Port 51413 has been opened in the security policy,but after started there is some error

[root@islpro ~]# /usr/bin/transmission-daemon -f --log-error
