Currently on Windows 10, Transmission 2.94 when i open torrent that is already added it still shows the dialog where i waste time selecting location and other details and then it tell me the torrent is already there. This is stupid. Please detect already added torrent and do not show the dialog for it, instead show the notice with OK button to acknowledge the duplicity.

It should also work when multiple torrents are added by once -> it may generate multiple duplicate notices.
