I needed npm install state-machine to get the project to run fyi not sure if needed for README

Interesting... the 'npm install state-machine' should not be required, as 'state-machine' is called out by utils-for-aprs. I wonder if the other deprecation warning prevented the installation from completing properly.

Oh well, time to update dependencies I guess. Stay tuned for a release...
