It might be nice to make our Helm charts easily installed outside of the automated process in this repo. The chart repo would just be an GCS bucket that we upload tarballs of each chart to.

This could be an important part of our enterprise story. It would be awesome if we were maintaining the same charts that were used by enterprise installs, and those were being released automatically by our CI.
