MPD and Webserver separated

It would be nice if you could configure the ip/host of mpd different of the 
webservice for the client.

You can do so be setting the MPD_HOST and MPD_PORT environment variables on the 
computer that is running the server.  The server will use these if found.  This 
is the same method that mpc uses.

I will also add these config options to the site.conf file.
