Add doors to map between corridors and rooms

Doors should be added to the map that are in between the corridors and the rooms.
This might require adjustments to the map generation algorithm to support
Doors do not need to be elegant to start, just an entity that blocks movement
Door should be in either an open or closed state.
When closed, movement is blocked.
