We found a weird situations that tream send FLOW_MOD to delete all flows whose dl_dst is ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff every 5 seconds. The FLOW_MOD command is sent out with stats request.
It would be easier for the developers to troubleshoot this if you clarified if the FLOW_MOD is visible in the packet analyser only or on the OF switch side too. Also it would help to know if the command is visible in tcpdump decoding of the OF session (this needs a recent version of tcpdump), as both tcpdump and trema support the same version of OpenFlow encoding. Alternatively it may help to share the packet capture of the session.

We are sure the application is responsible for this.
