feature request: hide/show games/mods in "select game" list

Expected Behavior

Currently, when creating a map, a list of all known games and mods is shown, but it is unlikely that the user will have or map for all of those.
It would be nice (but not important) to allow to configure the elements in the displayed list, to reduce the noise.

I understand the need, but I hesitate to make such changes that complicate the code with little benefit. You need to use this list only when creating a new map, usually.
