Automatically add input file path to logs #18

If processing multiple files, then ecslog adds the input file name as log.file.path (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/ecs/current/ecs-log.html#field-log-file-path) to the log record (if it is not already set). There is a config option to turn this behaviour off. Then we could update one or more of the output formats to include log.file.path in the title line somewhere.

The use case would be similar to #16, so maybe the same flag could govern both behaviors.
