This is a regression since before the alert wasn't a "critical" one but just an info.

Does this go when the next check results become available?

This happens with no checks selected and it is flaky.
Sometimes, it displays the blue alert correctly, sometimes it gets stuck to the error message till we don't select at least one check and we wait for the next runner tick.
