Turns out the approach to the FFT kernel generator was woefully... Wrong. I have to figure out how to even approach properly generating one of these things.

Until then, I wouldn't bother with using it.

I'm going to remove this tool; the actual FFT bloom texture generation isn't trivial to handle (it's actually a kernel applied to a fullscreen image effect).
