Program doesn't appear to work in the current version of WoW

The program compiled fine on VS 2016. But when I tried to use it to fish in WoW, the search for the fishing blob doesn't work. The cursor would move to the left edge of the screen and get stuck in place.

I'm running WoW as per the instructions, i.e. fullscreen windowed mode, fishing button bound to key 1, etc.

Is there a chance that you can update the program to work for the current version of WoW.
