Building upon issue #31 from @denar90 - I've attempted to use the approach to wait for a preview site to be available from Netlify, and run the lighthouse-ci-action to determine SEO, Accessibility scores on PRs.

However, I'm encountering issues (as at https://github.com/chrisreddington/hugo-community/runs/1526907604?check_suite_focus=true#step:4:92). From some quick searching, it looks like there are some wider issues around this and potentially Chrome versions, if I understand rightly?

But was curious if anyone else is going down this path with netlify/also encountering issues? I wondered @denar90 if you're still using it / have any tips? Thanks!
