On Trezor One we show BIP32 address in GetAddress dialog. We also show "shortcuts", for example BTC Account #3 for know paths (m/49'/0'/2'/0/x for this particular case). This is a missing feature and regression from Trezor One.

This is also valid for all other altcoins (Cardano, etc.).

Do we want this also in GetPublicKey dialog? I think it's good to have if we have display space.
