Incompatible with local image plus

I disabled the automatic rename feature ,but when the local image plus plugin dumps the network picture locally, the renaming function will still be triggered，the picture link in the md file is not updated at all.

Disable the Automatic rename attachment will only disable the rename operation when you rename the associated md/canvas file. But if you add a new attach to your notes file, it will be rename as your config (by listening the create event).

I have tested with Attachment Management v0.9.3 (enabled Automatic rename attachment) and Local Images Plus v0.15.9, it's work for me. Can you provide more info about your situation?
