When creating a new mail list within a group - a PGP key gets generated for it and a new email address generated.
However - when that PGP key is downloaded and imported to GPG Keychain - the Email address field is blank when 'key details' are selected.
(NB: It is still possible to send emails encrypted to the address that is generated and they get correctly forwarded - but finding the correct key becomes a manual process)

Reviewing this issue - it seems that new group's fail now to generate PGP keys when the mail-list emails are generated. I am not sure if this is the same issue or a development following the latest upgrade.
It is possible to force the issue of PGP keys to the mail lists via the CLI - but when this is done, they are NOT tied to the relevant email address... meaning that whilst a keychain can ingest them, they are NOT recognised as being relevant to the email address by the Apple Mail client.
The impact of this is that I cannot force PGP use with new groups created.
