where do you get that module. Tridium doesn't have anywhere (on their site) to install their modules. And it doesn't seem to come with the workbench which is how I'm importing libraries.

nre.jar is distributed as part of the Niagara Framework. After installation, you'll find it in niagara_home/bin/ext.
