Future trip moved into Past Trip: Exact time? #133

I want to know when TripIt move a future trip into past trip? It doesn't happened on UTC date change, is it random or may be related to last item in the trip?

i.e Trip end date: 2015-01-16 but I'll still see this trip in my future trip on the next day 2014-01-17 (UTC date time).

Can I get some help about this?
