Can't Install 2.5 on Linux #12454

I recently uninstalled 2.5 and now when I try and install it, I get this error.

I have tried multiple times for multiple days. I have uninstalled triplea completely and still can't install 2.5

I can install the prerelease.

Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS is OS
