WebUI Registration form loading inconsistency #51

The Web UI registration form loading works only once. Website must be reloaded for it to work again. See also this TODO.

The upload react code is from How to Create, Download, and Upload Files in React Apps and this code base also has the same problem. It looks like the event handler is not being reset after loaded once.

While working on the loader, it would be good to perform better validation of the loaded data to ensure everything works as expected.
