DateTimes are not valid

1. "BasePrimitives" are stored as an Object E.g. Condition.datetime. However they need to be stored as primitives.

2. Another issue: The validator gives the following error:

Kein gültiges Datum/Uhrzeit ('2023-09-06T13:09' doesn't meet format requirements for dateTime)
AND Wenn ein Datum eine Uhrzeit hat, muss es eine Zeitzone haben.
