feat(Docs): Project-Eclipse 4, Add App grading annotations to Chart.yaml

Description
This PR adds App Grading annotations to Chart.yaml, this should allow us in the future to define the "grade" of certain Apps in our catalog in standardised fassion.

It also fixes a small mistake in the release scripting.
