Add Counter-Strike 1.6 Server

I was able to get Counter-Strike 1.6 server running on TrueNAS Scale and even wrote about it here: https://www.cloudtutorial.net/run-counter-strike-1-6-server-on-truenas-scale/
My question is, would you guys consider adding if I were to create the PR with the app?
I have the Docker ready to go: https://github.com/cajuclc/cstrike-docker
I would just need to create the app, but don't want to create a PR and be told it would never make it. :)

We always review all PR's fairly.
You do not have to ask before sending in PR's for new Apps.

As long as they comply to our standards they will usually get added.

@Ornias1993 Sounds good. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't do extra work and then it's not something that would be added.
I will work on this PR during my free time.
