Add lancache

LanCache is an application designed to provide an OOTB caching solution for Steam, Uplay, Rockstar Games, etc pp.

While it officially aims to provide a fast and uniform solution for lanparties, I mostly use it for being able to reinstall a game in a glimpse.
This is important as I have only very limited internet bandwidth.

While I know that this might be a very specific use case, this is absolutly not that relevant.
Also, I might take care of this myself once I got familiar with Helm Charts.
