[Docs] Allow docs to be added to Apps and automatically generate a wiki

It would be great if any App could contain a /docs folder, which would (together with the readme) be automatically turned into wiki pages

Describe alternatives you've considered
having a github wiki or no wiki at all

Basically somewhat the same thing I did with JailMan before
