Add PUID, PGID and UMASK as questions.yaml options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the PUID, PGID and UMASK are fixed.
(if they are used by a container that is)

This leads to annoying situations when users want to use different names, groups or masks

Describe the solution you'd like
Make them editable and actually implement the overriding of the default umask

Describe alternatives you've considered
Fixing the user and/or group, which would work fine for "most users", but we cater to more than just "most users"
