Add clear references to upstream sources

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As requested by K8S-at-home, it's nice to add clear links back to upstream sources. (https://github.com/k8s-at-home/awesome-home-kubernetes/pull/16)
Currently the Charts.yaml and readme.md files are kinda trash so this might or might not be done correctly.
(licencing is included correctly however, I personally checked that)

Describe the solution you'd like
A standardised way to pay linked homage back to our upstream sources, whoever those might be.
Not hidden away in a Charts.yaml file that is

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving it just in Charts.yaml and calling it a day.
But no end-user is ever actually going to look at those for our project.
