I have the Problem, that Video Calls on Nextcloud talk are quite slow and laggy

Describe the solution you'd like

I have discovered that you can add external signaling instances written in go. https://hub.docker.com/r/strukturag/nextcloud-spreed-signaling. You can host those on Nodes, with better bandwidth. I would personally host my nextcloud at home and the signaling instance in the cloud.

I haven't seen any alternatives for this application
