Enable/Add/enable Metrics exporters for Traefik #277

Describe the Issue
Traefik includes metrics exporters for both influxdb and prometheus.
We should make sure both flavors are available as soon as both are added to the TrueCharts Stack

I'm going to close this, as it's awkwardly specific for a single app for a feature that generally doesn't even have it's dependencies done.
