Prevent adding ingress/reverse-proxy if traefik is not found

Currently users can try to add ingress without having Traefik installed. This can create errors or confusion

We can use helm lookup to catch this situation and point users in the right direction:

lookups will fail (return null) on helm template and dry-run, which means this can't really be added without breaking most test options.
