Move from ix_volumes to PVC

Currently ix_volumes is depricated (is not going to get new features) and iX fixed the issues preventing us from using PVC's.

Describe the solution you'd like
Move from ix_volumes completely to PVC's.

A quick draft:

• Pre-created paths like "media" and "downloads" will be removed (users can now add them using the custom storage option)
• All storage will be mandatory PVC's
• Application storage will consist of a PVC "storageClass" dropdown, which will show some additional settings depending on the StorageClass.
• hostPath will be replace by the appropiate localPath PVC if possible
• "USB-devices" will be a new feature, which will create hostPath mountings and set privilaged automatically when used.

Additional context
PVC's are also he de-facto storage standard for k8s.

New apps will need to use the new storage system when it's done, old Apps will be migrated all at once in the future with a big breaking change.
