Add Postgresql (and Postgres-Operator)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we don't have any way of handling the (much needed) sqldatabases

Describe the solution you'd like
A nice and solid postgresql solution. preferably with an option to run as either single node/instance as HA multi-node/instance setups.
Postgres-operator by Zalando, seems like a sane solution. With a higher efficiency and flexibility than galera based solutions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
MariaDB, however, there are quite a siginificant number of downsides to Galera when going HA. Primarily when it comes to compatiblity
