Move simple containers to common chart

We have a lot "simple" containers, that just require some storage, a port and can't be run HA anyway.
These containers might be more maintainable if we move them to a "common library chart" like done by @k8s-at-home

Our new added common chart, is (somewhat) compatible with the @k8s-at-home common chart.

Although the application is slightly different, due to SCALE not working with Helm Repositories and needing some things simplified for the sake of the UI.

Only thing missing currently is setting hostNet/hostPort and nodePort.
But I consider this finished and we can speed up the process of porting things to SCALE using k8s-at-home from now on.
