[Traefik] ForwardAuth middleware not found #394

Describe the bug
When adding a ForwardAuth URL, Traefik throws an error that the middleware doesn't exist.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Stand up Traefik
  2. Stand up organizr
  3. Stand up Sonarr and add a Forward URL to organizr for auth (Such as https://organizr.mydomain.com/api/v2/auth?group=4
  4. Attempt to access sonarr.mydomain.com

Expected behavior
It should use the ForwardAuth middleware (not sure which one)
