We currently process some containers through the TrueCharts container repository.
This makes sure we can run additional CI checks to ensure no unhealthy containers get pushed, because we work with containers and applications of very-much variable quality.

It also ensures our users don't get fucked by the docker pull limits and allows us to grab some more anonymous(!) statistics (yes, we really only have a total number of downloads, pinky promise).

Dropped in favor of not processing any containers ourselves if we don't make significant changes to them.
