Made no difference that I can tell.

The line that mentions "panic" seems to indicate something might not be setup correctly or mising from path?

Are you sure you configured as per my screenshot?
Unticked also the RunAsNonRoot?
For me deploys as root, and lets me do the init setup.

Tried

  • Setting USER to 568
  • Setting PGID and GUID to 568.
  • Also set all 3 together (USER, PGID, GUID)
    And it does deploy. but all times init setup wouldn't let me finish (no perms). on /root/.stash

@stavros-k yeah it doesn't seem to accept any way of doing permissions.
It's a pretty shitty build container tbh.

Initially I still had the runasnonroot checked with privileged enabled but I unchecked it and got identical results.
