[traefik] traefik can not stop

Describe the bug
traefik cannot be stopped
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install traefik
2. Click on 'stop'
3. See error

Expected behavior
successful stop

Ive seen this happen randomly with random Apps.

Theres nothing special with Treafik that could cause this and this is most likely an iX issue.

@Sagit-chu I've been able to repeat this. It does actually stop (just refresh the page) but doesn't register in middleware correctly.
This is the case for ALL apps using loadbalancer.

As soon as it's stopped it also doesn't start nicely.
A work around to start it is clicking edit and submitting that without editing anything.
