[Nextcloud] Missing nextcloud middleware

Describe the bug
Nextcloud needs some specific middleware for optimal performance.
It also requests more strict security settings.

We can easily accomplice this by adding a "tc-nextcloud" middleware to traefik and adding that to nextcloud in the background.

To Reproduce
Go to nextcloud info page, note errors

Expected behavior
Should be no warnings or errors at all.
