Permissions for devices not automatically applied

Describe the bug
Install the app ZWaveJS2MQTT. Configure the application to mount USB device and give the privileged mode. Into the app, the driver hasen't the permission to open the USB.

Removed your last scentence, as it wasn't related to the actual technical issue.
There was a code mistake that caused this not to be added, not the fact there was no code in place already to add it.
