it's difficult to navigate in TV, there is any way to navigate in phone and send url to TV ?

No need for implementing this in the browser app. This feature is already globally implemented in Android TV.
I'm not sure if you can send a text copied from your clipboard but you are able to type and navigate with your phone keyboard:
