Can't Disable "Loading Complete" Screen or Change Its Text #13
Comments
@MattEqualsCoder Could you show me the screenshot of your Default Loading Screen settings? |
You should check your Tip Widget settings because it looks like a tip text, not the complete text |
Hi , i have same problem |
@truong-bui Sorry for the delay, but I have created a brand new project in 4.25.4 to show the problem. Attached is a download for the project files. Interestingly, it doesn't seem to change the colors to match the loading complete text. Here's the settings: Hope this helps! |
@MattEqualsCoder Thank you, I'll investigate the test project and let you know later |
@MattEqualsCoder you can download a new version from Marketplace or clone it from Github now. I think this is a bug from the engine because the loading complete text only appears in Play as Standalone Game, not in Launch. So in the end, the packaged build isn't affected. I decided to remove the loading complete text initialization in the new version. Hope the bug will not happen again. But if it happens, you can fix it by installing the plugin as a project plugin (copy the plugin into your project's Plugin folder). Rebuild and then re-enable the Async Loading Screen plugin in your Plugins settings, it will fix the bug. |
I have the loading screen set to basically wait on me to use the blueprint Stop Loading Screen to close it out. That part works, but unfortunately it seems like no matter what I do, it always displays the default "Loading is complete! Press any key to continue..." message until the load screen is taken away. The message I type in and the "Show Loading Complete Text" options both seem to be ignored.
Note I am able to do a workaround by setting all of the loading text as transparent and use images, but just wanted to bring this up.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
