BDD Interop DID/VC/VP Tests : left overs

currently make bdd-interop-tests failing with below issues. All the issues with trustbloc entities are fixed.

1. Currently only transmute is supporting creating and verifying verifiable presentation. But due to an existing issue with vc.transmute.world verifiable presentation tests are failing. Created an issue in vc.transmute.world for this.

2. digital bazaar isn't supporting verifiable presentation yet (couldn't find it in interop docs) and their samples interop docs aren't working for verifying verifiable credentials. Communicated with digital bazaar interop docs author and awaiting response.

3. DanubeTech isn't supporting verifiable presentations yet (couldn't find it in interop docs).
   We can not our verifiable credentials in their systems yet. Created an issue for this.

4. Fix bdd test interop : trustbloc VPs fail transmute verifier #230 and missing domain and challenge in proofs #231
