Since Ghost 0.5.9 with the introduction of the {{navigation}} helper, Ghost supports custom navigation. It is surprising that Roon doesn't support this feature yet.

It would be nice to see a slide menu like Casper's.

The Roon theme is intended as legacy support for Roon users to maintain the same look and functionality which they had before. Of course you're more than welcome to fork to add any additional features for your particular blog if you would like :)
