Switch cookies plugin

I think we should remove the js/helpers/cookies.js for a better lib. I have seen a few on bower that look good, they are:

• https://github.com/ScottHamper/Cookies
• https://github.com/js-coder/cookie.js

Have you guys used them or tried any others?

Removing our cookie lib would make the framework even more lightweight and promote the use of bower.

I have chosen https://github.com/ScottHamper/Cookies for the time being, it has been added to the default bower.json.
