Currently after you select a route, the hamburger icon changes to the back arrow icon, and the functionality of the sidebar is completely lost. The back button however, doesn't take you "back" a page transition, it takes you back to the homepage. This is bad UX.

The "SF Muni" label should take you home if you click on it, and there should be a home icon prefixing it. Here's an example mock-up minus the home icon prefixing it and the respective changes to the header.
