empty href

Hi, I'm just trying your plugin but something ins't working like it should. The TOC references are returning empty:
<a data-scroll="" href="#" class="toc-link node-name--H2 is-active-link">My H2 Heading</a>
and the headings have no id attached to them.

Any idea why?

Toc references are based on the heading id's so that's why they are empty. Are you getting the headings from markdown or from a regular page? If its from markdown, what package(s) are you using?

Oh, sorry I thought it would generate the id automatically. I'll work it out.
