For debugging purposes is it possible to dump full requests and responses?

Vegeta isn't a general purpose HTTP client utility. If you want to inspect what your servers are responding I'd suggest you use something like curl. In case you're hitting an issue which you suspect is related with the requests being sent from Vegeta, why don't you inspect the request on the server side?
