KeyError: 'uploadUrl' #2

Hi,
Regarding to the instruction when I use this command I get an error!!
what is the problem?

c.put_blobs(['My Blob'])

Traceback Error:
upload_url = stat_res['uploadUrl']
max_upload_size = stat_res['maxUploadSize']
KeyError: 'uploadUrl'
